  1. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat; add beaten eggs and scramble until just set. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add garlic to skillet and sauté until fragrant; add noodles and soy sauce.
  4. Toss noodles until heated through; add scrambled eggs back in and mix.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
