  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Stir in milk, egg, and oil until combined.
  4. Pour half of the batter into a greased loaf pan; sprinkle with half of the cinnamon sugar swirl.
  5. Add remaining batter and top with remaining cinnamon sugar; gently swirl with a knife.
  6. Bake for 45–50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
